Usefulness of documentation of former Prussian cadastre for determination of real estate boundaries in Poland

The paper generally shows the problem of Applikation old Prussian cadastral documentation for surveying works connected with real estate boundaries in Poland. It also shows additional problems connected with cadastre. The term "former Prussian cadastre" is meant in the paper as: "cadastre, which had been created in XIX and XX centuries, on the Polish territory, annexed earlier by Prussia". The area of former Prussian cadastre contained about 47% of Poland territory.
